Pray for the Qatari People

Qatar is only the size of about 1/5 of Nova Scotia, and it’s population is about 2.8 million. Of the 2.8 million, only about 12% of that are Qatari citizens, with the rest formed by expatriates. About 70% of the population is Muslim, which is also the state religion. With strict Sharia law as the main form of legislation, and strict laws against sharing any faith but Islam. Despite this, God’s Spirit has no boundaries, so let’s pray for the spreading of the Gospel.

• Pray that God will draw Qataris to himself and give them a clear understanding of the gospel.
• Pray that Muslim-background believers in Qatar will be able to work and worship in freedom and security.
• Pray that God’s Word will become readily available in Qatar in print, online, and through creative media.
• Pray for God encounters, dreams and visions.
