Pray for Peace in Syria

Syria has been in the midst of civil war since 2011 (over 12 years now). It has been a horrendous tragedy which has caused over 300,000 deaths and displaced millions more. 

Let’s pray for an end to this conflict.

Let’s pray that peace would come, and that the country could start to rebuild.

Let’s pray that the Prince of Peace would work in the leaders and fighters in the countless military factions throughout the region, and that a resolution would be reached.

Let’s ask Jesus to bring peace in Syria, to one of the longest-lasting active military conflicts in the world right now.

1. For enemies who have fought to make peace
2. Love to be seen from the Church, drawing people to Jesus
3. That Syria would learn to follow Jesus’ command, that we need to Love Our Enemies
