This month we’re going to be praying for the country of Syria.

Syria is a country in the Middle East with a population of about 18.3 million people. It has a rich history dating back to ancient civilization. Its capital city is the biblical city of Damascus, which is one of the longest-continuously inhabited cities in the world. 

Syria has faced enormous challenges throughout its recent history, including a civil war that continues today, and a recent earthquake that killed thousands of people.

 

Please pray with us today for Syria:

• For Holy Spirit to move throughout the country, and draw people to Him, to His peace, and to His love.
• For those affected by the disasters and tragedies to see holistic restoration in their lives, spiritually, physically, relationally, and beyond.
• That Christ’s peace and love would reign in Syria, and that people would be drawn to Him on account of it.
