Prayer for the Maldives

Fear is a constant presence in Maldivian daily life. People live in fear of the “evil eye” and evil spirits. Many homes have no windows and keep a lamp burning all night to ward off spiritual danger. But Jesus is the Light of the World. Pray that His light would pierce the darkness—that the Maldivians would find freedom from fear, and that the lamp of the Lord would burn in every home and heart.
