Prayer for Egypt

This month we are praying for the country of Egypt. Egypt is one of the most historically significant nations in the Bible. Abraham, Joseph, Moses, and even Jesus Himself spent time in Egypt. Christianity has existed there since the first century, and the Coptic Church is one of the oldest Christian communities in the world. Yet today, many Egyptians have never personally heard the Gospel clearly. Let’s pray that the rich spiritual heritage of Egypt would lead many people to a living relationship with Jesus Christ.
