Pray for: Tammy

Tammy – She is single, studying economics in college, and helping to support her family by working as an administrative assistant for the women’s health project. Her sister used to work at our office, but she is now married and living in the capital. I spent a lot of time with both of them, and we have had very open conversations about religion. Since Tammy still lives at home, she is more afraid to read and study the Bible than her sister. My teammate once asked her what her family would think if she became a Christian, and she quickly answered that they would kill her. This is the response of most people. Following Christ in this place comes with severe consequences. Please pray that Tammy and her sister would count the cost and find Jesus worthy.
